Welcome to mail@ucsf
ITS is significantly enhancing the email services we provide by transitioning
existing ITSA accounts to the new mail@ucsf
system. Departments with locally-operated email systems will
have the option of moving their email users to mail@ucsf.
Beginning Monday, May 2, 2005, ITS will issue only mail@ucsf
email accounts to faculty, staff, and students. Members of the
campus community with ITSA logins may continue to use ITSA email until
October 2005, but no new ITSA logins will be created.

Please contact your department Computer Support Coordinator or MSO to determine if/when your department will be transitioning to a new server or to request an email account.
Individuals whose departments will be hosted on mail@ucsf
and do not currently have an ITSA or departmental email account
may request a new mail@ucsf
account online by visiting http://help.ucsf.edu.
Click on New Requests on the side menu bar. From the Summary pull-down menu select Email then select "ITS Hosted Outlook Email Account - Create" as shown below.
Be sure to review, correct and/or complete your address and contact information. We are unable to complete account requests without accurate contact information.
Click on "submit" to submit this request.
