BlackBerry Services!
OAAIS BlackBerry services provides mobile access to email and calendaring
information. Using a BlackBerry handheld PIM, customers with an OAAIS mail@UCSF
account can receive e-mail and maintain their calendar and contacts.

Here's how it works:
- OAAIS uses two service providers for BlackBerry services. The first
is AT&T Wireless. AT&T's GPRS/GSM network supports advanced
BlackBerry models.

The other service provider we use is CDW. CDW sells the older BlackBerry
models, the BlackBerry 857/957 series, and they operate on AT&T's
cellular network.

The OAAIS Blackberry service will work with other service providers such as Verizon.
- To get an overview and the specifications of various BlackBerry models
visit http://www.blackberry.net/products/handhelds/index.shtml.
- As soon as you receive your BlackBerry, submit a request to OAAIS Customer Support
to establish your account.
- We will provide you the instructions on how to activate your BlackBerry
wirelessly once your account has been established.
- If desired, OAAIS will provide custom set up for an hourly fee of $95
per hour.
- Each customer will be charged a one time fee of $80 for one BlackBerry
Enterprise Server User License.
- There is a monthly service charge of $5.00 for ongoing support.
