mail@ucsf include email, calendaring, public folders, contacts, and tasks that all share the campus’ Active Directory and employee contact database (CLS).

mail@ucsf is the recommended solution for all staff and faculty needing a robust collaboration tool with a large amount of mailbox space.

Unix Accounts

Effective 5/2/2005 no new ITSA accounts will be created.

Members of the campus community with ITSA accounts may continue to use ITSA email until 10/31/2005

Core Adminstrative Systems

WebLinks and Online Financial Systems (OLFS)

The Weblinks systems allows online access to accounting, finacial, and human resources reports.

Online Payroll/Personnel System (OLPPS)

OlPPS is a main frame based system which allows authorized users to view and enter empolyee information. Access is authorized by departmental officals.

Campus Locator System (CLS)

The Campus Locator System can be accessed via UCSF's People Search or department listings. Data in the CLS comes from OLPPS

Email Discussion Lists (Listserv)

UCSF makes electronic mailing lists available to support and promote the mission of the University: teaching, research, patient care, and community service. List owners must be UCSF faculty, student or staff.

Website Hosting

The OAAIS web server ITSSRV1 is beyond its expected service life and reaching the limit of its storage and processing capabilities. Since there are no new resources to support this service, OAAIS must decline any additional requests for accounts on this server and work with existing users to manage available storage.
