Lifespan of This Listserv

of this new listserv. This information assists I.T.S. in managing
that available space on the listserv server to insure that it
functions at the optimum level for all. Note that although the
listserv may be assigned an end date, no listserv will be deleted
without the owner being contacted to verify that the end date
is still valid.
Ongoing: No end date assigned.
End Date: Specify expected end date below. (i.e.: November
2003, end of Spring Quarter 2004, etc.)
Listserv Archiving
Postings to your listserv may be automatically archived via two
methods, notebook or web. A notebook archive is stored in monthly
batches and is retrievable by emailing a command to the listserv
server. This method is recommended for archives that are mainly
for record keeping purposes or will have minimal use. A web archive
includes a notebook archive, but also places each posting on a
website dedicated solely to your listserv. This method is recommended
if the archive will be reviewed on a regular basis.
No: Archiving is not needed for this listserv.
Notebook: Archive is stored in monthly batches retrievable
via email.
Web: Archive is stored on a dedicated website and as
a notebook (see previous selection).
